Hi! My name is TaKaya McFarland and I am one of the cofounders of the Youth Tutor Initiative! Along with my responsibility in guiding the program, I am also a math & reading/writing tutor and hosts 2 creative writing groups! Currently a senior in gorgeous Prince George’s, I am also dually enrolled at PGCC pursuing a degree in IT. In my free time, I enjoy reading, writing, and volunteering. My goal is to make sure all students know the sky is truly the limit and with hard work and dedication, all dreams can come true!
